The Environmental Action Center (EAC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides environmental advocacy and litigation support for local communities. It is our perspective that in order for America’s communities to be clean and safe, we must address environmental issues both in our wild places as well as in our own backyards. We at EAC make it our mission to identify and understand the important components of each environmental challenge. We approach these issues by examining the statutory and regulatory frameworks governing a particular source of pollution, and search for creative solutions for compliance. We follow Abraham Lincoln’s credo that “law without enforcement is just good advice.”
