Our most important metric is ensuring that the services rendered at the CPE site are completed without return visit. Our technicians are managed to work through undisclosed variables and provide detailed accounts of all relevant issues for follow up as well as lessons learned capture.

The most critical aspect of Remote & CPE Management is the Orion Program Manager providing proactive of communications on day to day CPE Work Orders. Our Program Managers ensure timeliness and visibility in Field Technicians daily schedules from time of departure to the site to completion. Stakeholders and Project Managers stay informed and are notified electronically in all elements of CPE activity from inclement weather issues to field technicians handling unknown situations when arriving on site through resolution.

CPE site and customer information remain confidential including the online access of that information using Orion CPE Online.
